5Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 6Transfer of Your Personal Data

You can delete your account and associated data from within the app's settings, or update and amend your information by signing in to your Account. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Data. We may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Other Legal Requirements

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate wrongdoing, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.

9Security of Your Personal Data

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
