community guidelines.
GRPPD exists so people can find a group and go play. That only works if a posted round is a real round, and if everyone who shows up is treated with respect. These guidelines apply everywhere on GRPPD — round listings, join requests, the 19th Hole chat, feed posts, profiles, and photos.
GRPPD has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every member agrees to these guidelines before they can post, join a round, or message anyone. Break them and your content comes down and your account can be removed.
The rules
No misleading round listings
Do not post incomplete or misleading round details, including an inaccurate course name, tee time, number of open spots, or any other information that could cause someone to join under false expectations.
No spam or duplicate posts
Do not spam repeated round postings, duplicate listings, or bump posts excessively in ways that flood the feed or make it difficult for users to find active opportunities.
No discriminatory grouping
Do not arrange or solicit group matches in ways that exclude, harass, or target users based on personal characteristics, or that use the platform to promote discriminatory participation decisions.
No unauthorized transactions
Do not use the platform to solicit payments, trade favors, or engage in off-platform booking schemes that misrepresent the availability or terms of a posted round.
No harassment or abuse
Do not post content that is abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise disruptive when communicating with potential playing partners or coordinating a round.
Reporting something
If you see a listing, message, photo, or profile that breaks these rules, report it. Reports are confidential — the person you report is never told who filed it.
- A round or a player: open the … menu and choose Report.
- A message in the 19th Hole: open the round’s … menu and report the player.
- Anything else: email kromah.lusenii@gmail.com with a screenshot and the player’s name.
Blocking
You can block any player at any time from their profile or from a chat. Once blocked, you won't see each other's posts or profile, join each other's rounds, or exchange messages. You do not need a reason and the blocked player is not notified.
How we enforce this
We review every report and act on objectionable content within 24 hours — removing the content and the member who posted it. Depending on what happened, we may:
- Remove a listing, post, photo, or message
- Cancel a round and notify everyone who had joined it
- Limit an account's ability to post rounds or send join requests
- Suspend an account pending review
- Permanently remove a member from GRPPD
Serious violations — threats, sexual content involving minors, or anything that puts someone's physical safety at risk — result in immediate permanent removal and, where appropriate, a report to law enforcement.
If you believe we got it wrong, reply to the enforcement notice or email kromah.lusenii@gmail.com within 30 days and a person will review it.
Off the app
GRPPD helps you find a group. What happens on the course is between you and the people you play with. Use good judgment: meet at the course, tell someone where you're playing, and follow the rules of the facility. Conduct off GRPPD can still affect your account here if it involves another member.
